Step 1: Confirmation Email 📩

Now you have submitted your trade-in, you’ll receive an email confirming your details, including your unique trade-in reference number. If you selected a pre-paid shipping label, we will send this over to you the same-day if we received the submission by 5PM. If it was after this time, we will send it over the following morni

Step 2: Send Your Device via Your Chosen Method 📦

Carefully package your device to prevent damage during transit. If you’re using our pre-paid Royal Mail label, simply drop it off at your nearest Post Office. Prefer to ship it yourself? Use the address provided in the email.

Step 3: Device Inspection 🔍

When we receive your device, our team will inspect it to ensure it matches the condition you selected. If everything checks out, we’ll proceed with payment. If there’s a mismatch, we’ll contact you with an updated offer.

Step 4: Get Paid! 💰

Once your device is approved, we’ll process your payment via your chosen method (Bank Transfer, PayPal or Voucher) the SAME DAY we receive it!
