Even if you didn’t buy your phone from us — we’re still here to help. Below are services you can book any time.

Data Transfer

We move everything to your new phone, check it works and hand it back ready to use: photos, contacts, messages, WhatsApp and your SIM.

£40 same type of phone (£25 if you bought it from us)

£50 switching iPhone ↔ Android (£35 if you bought it from us)

+£30 setup help (apps, sign-ins, settings and parental controls, up to 30 minutes)

Before your appointment: know your Apple ID or Google password. iPhone users, please turn off Stolen Device Protection.

Support Session (30 minutes)

Bring any phone. App help, account setup, or simply show me how. 30 minutes, fully focused on you.

Studio Rate

For anything beyond a session. Always quoted and agreed before we start, so there are never any surprises.

£60 per hour
