Submit a VIEWING REQUEST and we'll have it ready for viewing at our studio within 30-minutes.

Once you're happy, you can purchase in person or online - nice and easy.

(we do not keep devices on-site, so we recommend submitting the viewing request prior to visiting us).

Delivery & Dispatch

We know how important it is to receive your order quickly, so we ensure every delivery is handled with care and efficiency.

Here’s what to expect from our delivery and dispatch process:


Dispatch Times

• Orders placed before 3 PM are dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 3 PM will be dispatched the next business day.

For example, if you place an order after 3 PM on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday.


Delivery Times

• Orders over £75 are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Service), ensuring they arrive on the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday are usually delivered on the Saturday, but not guaranteed.

• Standard delivery times depend on your chosen shipping option at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

How to Return or Exchange an Item

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, we're here to help.

  • Return Period: You can return your item within 45 days of purchase.

  • Condition: The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.

  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, click here to access your account and start a return, or contact our customer service team at support@calatech.co.uk with your name and order number.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the product you would like to receive in exchange. We will process the exchange as soon as we receive the returned item.

Note: Please keep your proof of purchase and any shipping receipts.
