No - we quote what we pay, and the price is locked to the condition you described. If a device arrives materially different from how it was described, we send you video proof of the difference and you choose: accept the revised offer, or get the phone back free, the same day.
Yes - every device gets a certified secure data wipe before it's resold, so nothing of yours carries over to the next owner. We'd still recommend signing out of your accounts and removing any device lock before you send it, which makes testing quicker too.
Free collection within 8 miles of our Haverhill studio and 5 miles of Cambridge - we come to you at no cost. Outside those two zones, you post it free with a tracked label we provide, so it's covered in transit and you're never out of pocket for sending it.
