Phone, iPad and console repairs near CambridgeFix your iPhone.Same day, on most repairs.

The part we fit and our work, for two years, on every repair. If either develops a fault, we put it right free. It's the same whether you choose genuine or premium aftermarket parts, and it's printed on your receipt before you leave.

It doesn't cover new damage after the repair, like a fresh drop or liquid.

You don't pay. If you've booked a specific repair and we can't complete it, there's no charge and no diagnostic fee.

If you're bringing in a device with an unknown fault, there's a £25 diagnostic so we can find out exactly what's wrong. That comes straight off your bill if you go ahead with the repair.

Genuine means an original manufacturer part, in one of three forms: brand new, professionally refurbished, or pulled from a donor device and tested. Premium aftermarket is a high-grade non-original part we've tested and stand behind.

Genuine costs more, aftermarket costs less. Both are fitted to the same standard and both carry the same two-year warranty. We tell you which form of genuine part you're getting before you book.

Most repairs booked in before 12pm are ready the same day. iPads are usually ready the same day too, or the next day when we're busy. If yours needs longer, an unusual part or a fault we need to dig into, we tell you before we start rather than after.

Add more than one repair to the same device and every additional repair is half price. The most expensive stays at full price, and the discount is applied automatically as you select.

We don't wipe your device and we don't go through your data. Your phone comes back exactly as you left it.

We'd still ask you to back it up before you bring it in. Repairs going wrong is rare, but a device that's already faulty can fail on the bench, and a backup is the only thing that makes that recoverable. We can't take responsibility for data loss, so five minutes on iCloud or Google before you come in is worth doing.

No. If you'd rather keep it to yourself, that's fine: we'll check your phone with you when you drop it off.

Either way, we never wipe your phone and we don't go through your data.

It can. iPhones show a message in Settings when a part hasn't been paired to that phone by Apple. That includes most aftermarket parts, and some genuine ones too, because not every original part can be paired outside Apple.

Your repair carries the same 2-year warranty either way. If it matters to you, ask us before you book and we'll tell you what to expect for your repair.

Use the custom quote option in the booking tool. Tell us the device and what's wrong and we'll come back with a price. No commitment either way.
