Clearance phones may show more wear, but they’re still tested, cleaned, and protected by a 3-month warranty as standard.

Every Calatech device is protected against faults that can arise from everyday use — so if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Unexpected Faults

We cover any technical issue that arises from normal use — not drops, cracks, or water damage.

Battery Performance

If your battery drains too quickly or doesn’t perform as expected, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Screen or Touch Issues

If the screen is unresponsive, flickering, or behaving strangely — and it wasn’t dropped — we’ll sort it.

Camera & Audio

We cover non-working microphones, speakers, earpieces, and camera hardware faults.

Charging & Power

If your phone isn’t charging properly or keeps turning off unexpectedly, we’ll take care of it.

Internal Hardware Faults

Covers faults like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Face ID/Touch ID, or sensors that stop working properly.

What’s Not Covered by Your Warranty

Our warranty is designed to protect you from genuine faults — but some issues fall outside of what we can cover.

Physical Damage

Cracked screens, dents, chips, or damage caused by drops or knocks aren’t covered.

Water or Liquid Damage

We don’t cover faults caused by exposure to water or other liquids, even on water-resistant models.

Unauthorised Repairs or Tampering

If the device has been opened or altered by a third party, the warranty is void.

Software or Account Locks

We can’t cover issues caused by forgotten passwords, iCloud locks, or custom software installs.

Battery Health Decline Over Time

Battery health will naturally reduce with use — this isn’t considered a fault unless it drops abnormally fast.
