Google Pixel 9 Pro XL repair questions
How much is a screen replacement for my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL?
From £284.99, with a 2-year warranty. Genuine and Premium Aftermarket screens are priced separately in the table above, and you choose when you book.
How long will my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL repair take?
Most repairs booked in before 12pm are ready the same day. We email to confirm your part is in before you drop it off, and if a repair needs longer, we tell you before we start.
Do I need to give you my passcode?
No. If you'd rather keep it to yourself, that's fine: we'll check your Google Pixel 9 Pro XL with you when you drop it off. We never wipe your phone and we don't go through your data.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
The part we fit and our work. If either develops a fault, we put it right free. It doesn't cover new damage after the repair, like a fresh drop or liquid.

Repairing a different model?
Had my Samsung Galaxy S25 repaired today, said it would be done by 2pm and was done even earlier. The repair itself is a 10/10 — brilliant job.
Came in with a faulty charging port and it was sorted within 5 minutes! Great service.
Excellent service! Sent my phone for a repair which was executed perfectly. All the details were explained clearly and I was impressed with the fast turnaround.
