How long will my Apple iPhone 12 Pro repair take?
Most repairs booked in before 12pm are ready the same day. We email to confirm your part is in before you drop it off, and if a repair needs longer, we tell you before we start.
Do I need to give you my passcode?
No. If you'd rather keep it to yourself, that's fine: we'll check your Apple iPhone 12 Pro with you when you drop it off. We never wipe your phone and we don't go through your data.
