How fast will I be paid?

Morning collections are usually paid the same day once checks are complete. Evening collections are paid the next day.

Do I need to package or post my device?

No. We come to you, collect the device, test it on arrival, and handle everything—no packaging, no postage, no hassle.

What devices do you buy?

iPhones, Samsung and other phones, iPads/tablets, Apple Watch, and selected tech. If you’re unsure, just ask.

How do quotes and pricing work?

We give you a quote based on your description. If the condition matches on inspection, that’s what we pay. If anything differs, we explain why before proceeding.

What should I do before collection?

Back up your data, sign out of iCloud/Google, remove passcodes/Activation Lock, and remove SIM/eSIM if you’re keeping your number. We can guide you if needed.

Bank transfer is standard (fast payment). Cash may be available by prior arrangement.

Do you buy damaged or faulty devices?

Yes, we often do. Value depends on the fault and condition. We’ll confirm the price after inspection.

Is there a minimum value or fee?

Yes, our Cambridge service has a minimum collection value of £125. There are no cancellation fees.

Yes, ID is required for items over £250. A driving licence or passport is usually fine.

Do accessories affect the value?

We accept accessories with the device, but this is not guaranteed to affect the value.
