The ideal range for your battery charge is between 20% and 80%. Many smartphones now include optimised charging features that slow down charging once the battery reaches 80% to protect its health over time.

For example, fast chargers, while convenient, can accelerate the natural wear on your battery due to the intense charge they deliver.
