All done! But what next?


Step 1: Confirmation Email 📩


Thanks for submitting your trade-in! You’ll shortly receive a confirmation email shortly.

If you selected a pre-paid shipping label, we’ll send this the same day if your form reached us before 5PM.

Submissions after 5PM will receive their label the following morning.



Step 2: Send Your Device 📦


Carefully package your device to prevent damage during transit.

Using our Royal Mail pre-paid label? Simply drop your parcel at your nearest Post Office.

If you requested a postal pack, expect it to arrive within 1–3 working days.

If you prefer to ship yourself, you can send it to us directly. Please include a note with your name and contact details on. Find our address HERE.


Step 3: Device Inspection 🔍

When your device arrives, our engineers will inspect it against the condition you selected.

If everything matches, we’ll move straight on to payment.

If there’s any difference, we’ll contact you promptly with an updated offer - you’re always free to accept or decline.



Step 4: Get Paid 💰


Once approved, we’ll process your payment the same day we receive your device by your chosen method (Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Voucher).
