Not covered & paid extras
Battery isn't covered under warranty on Budget Shelf devices. That said - we still test every battery. If it's weak, degraded, or we think it might not hold charge properly, it'll be noted on the listing so you know exactly what you're getting.
Data transfer and tech support aren't included. Both are available as paid add-on services if you need them - just ask in store or drop us an email.
A note on iOS system messages
Apple uses software pairing to link certain components to the original handset. When a part has been replaced - battery, screen, camera - iOS may show a message like "Important Message" or "Unknown Part" in Settings.
This is expected behaviour and doesn't affect how the device works - performance, reliability, and everyday use are unchanged. If a listing mentions aftermarket or replaced parts, this is what to expect.
