Are the parts genuine?
Genuine parts only. Never a third-party screen, never a knock-off battery - on every Certified device.
What does the grade actually mean?
Each grade is honest about wear and priced to match - and every Certified device is genuine parts only, graded above 85% battery. The grade selector higher up the page shows exactly what you're paying for.
Can I collect it today, or get it delivered locally?
Order by 4pm for same-day collection from the Haverhill studio or local delivery around Haverhill. Free tracked delivery everywhere else in the UK, dispatched the same working day.
What if something goes wrong after I've bought it?
Every device comes with our 2-year warranty, covering any fault that develops through normal use. If something isn't right, get in touch by email or phone and tell us what's happening. Sometimes we may be able to sort it remotely. If not, you can bring it into the studio, or send it to us by post if you're further away. Either way, we'll get it fixed or replaced.
Does the 2-year warranty apply to every phone?
Yes. Every device that is part of our 'Certified' range comes with the full 2-year warranty as standard, starting from the day you receive it. There's nothing to register and nothing extra to pay. Your order confirmation is your proof of purchase, and we keep your details on file too for if you ever lost the order confirmation or receipt.
I don't live near Haverhill. How does a warranty claim work by post?
Exactly the same as in person. Contact us first so we can make sure it's not something we can fix remotely. If it needs to come in, we'll email you a free prepaid label. Once it arrives, we'll diagnose it, carry out the repair and send it back to you, with postage paid both ways. Most repairs are turned around within a few working days of arrival.
What happens if my phone can't be repaired?
If a fault covered by the warranty can't be repaired, or isn't worth repairing, we'll replace it with an equivalent device in the same or better condition. If we don't have a suitable replacement, we'll refund you instead. You won't be left without a working phone or out of pocket.
Data transfer & setup (optional)
If you would like help moving your data and setting up your new phone, we can do this for you in our studio.

- Transfers usually take around 2 to 3 hours, so it is best to leave them with us
- Book in advance so we can give it the time it deserves
