Phones you buy in come to our bench, get graded and go on sale on both websites. You get stock without refurbishing it yourself.

Order screens, batteries and other parts through our suppliers, on the terms we get for our volume.

Certified, graded in Diss

Learn our grading on the bench in Haverhill. Once phones are graded to our standard, they could carry the Certified name.

One inbox, not your own phone

Customers message through the website, by email or by text, and it all lands in one inbox in the back office, beside their booking. No more Facebook messages and texts to your own phone, so anyone in the shop can answer. Booking confirmations and ready-to-collect texts go out on their own.
