Are the parts genuine?
Genuine parts only. Never a third-party screen, never a knock-off battery - on every Certified device.
What does the grade actually mean?
The grade is about looks. Pristine has no visible marks, Excellent has light marks only visible up close, and Good has marks on the frame or screen. Every grade has original parts and a battery at 85% or more.
Can I send it back?
Yes. You have 45 days from delivery or collection to change your mind.
Can I collect it today, or get it delivered locally?
Order by 4pm for same-day collection from the Haverhill studio or local delivery around Haverhill. Free tracked delivery everywhere else in the UK, dispatched the same working day.
What if something goes wrong after I've bought it?
Every Certified device comes with our 2-year warranty, covering any fault that develops through normal use. If something isn't right, get in touch by email or phone and tell us what's happening. Sometimes we may be able to sort it remotely. If not, you can bring it into the studio, or send it to us by post if you're further away. Either way, we'll get it fixed or replaced. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Does the 2-year warranty apply to every device?
Yes. Every device that is part of our 'Certified' range comes with the full 2-year warranty as standard, starting from the day you receive it. There's nothing to register and nothing extra to pay. Your order confirmation is your proof of purchase, and we keep your details on file too for if you ever lost the order confirmation or receipt.
Can you move my data across?
Yes. It’s £25, or £35 between iPhone and Android. Leave both phones with us for 1 to 2 hours.
